Duplicate effect names in favorites

Perhaps not a bug but more of an oversight.

Since we do not have the ability to delete or overwrite local effects.
The program needs to check for name duplicates at least on a by user level since it is okay to have two effects named the same by two different users. But not on the local level. Since favorites only show name it is impossible to no before bake what the actual effect is.
