I have several pics both black and white and color that I need to edit for publication. The won't load into smart photo Editor when I click on Load Image. What do I need to do to get them to load for editing?

Hi Eljayne,

We don't currently support bmp files. Convert them to a jpeg or tiff to be able to load it. There's lots of software that can convert files, here's an online service I just found: http://www.pictureresize.org/online-ima ... erter.html

I wondered if that might be the problem. I've converted my pics to jpeg and will work on them with your software again today. Thanks again for your prompt po st.
