padlocks?

i have clicked save and have to look for the picture, when i find it, it has a padlock on?
it also does not appear in my pictures album or picasa? when i first bought it last week it worked?
i have un-installed it and re-installed, but it still goes to program files?

HI, SORRY I HAVE NOT REPLIED SOONER.. I SEEM TO HAVE SORTED OUT THINGS THIS END AND
I AM LOVING THIS SOFTWARE!!. I AM MAKING THEM INTO PUZZLES TO PLAY WITH MY FRIENDS ON FACEBOOK!!! XXX
