Hi Pattypedd,
In the help there is a page of How To's (also online here).
If you have a specific question about the compositing tool, there is a forum for asking questions about it here.
Also the "Exploring Skies" tutorial, which can be seen when you start the software (not available in all trial versions), takes you through all the steps for compositing a new sky into the background.
We will be adding more tutorials in the future based on the kind of things people ask for a lot.
