Wooden Frame

Is there a way to shrink the image within the applied frame? Currently, I find the frame fairly difficult to apply without this. I guess this is probably the same with other framing effects. Supporting this ability would bring it in line with other framing plug-ins.

It's something we could add later to get it working directly in the gallery, but at the moment you would have to use the crop tool first.
