When I log in to Smart Photo, there is an option that is suppose to save your password and user name so that you are always log on when you go to the Smart Photo Editor web site. I have clicked this option many times, but I am still required to log in on my user name and password.

Does anyone know if this option works and is available? Just wanted to save a little time, ok, I'm lazy. But since I am the only one who using my computer, I thought this was a great option to have.

I've just checked and it worked for me in my browser. A possibility is that you have got cookies turned off. Another quick way into the forums without having to log on is you can get there through the community menu in the software.
