Foram site

I find it most distracting to have to scroll left to right. because of side bars on the page, Please Please move navigation bars to the top & give us the full with to view images.

Hi Robert,

Do you mean the scroll bar at the bottom of an image in the Forum "Show Us Your Results" when you open a line item? If so, just click once on the picture, and it will expand to a full picture without scrolling.
If you are new to SPE, please see the Forum Rules at top of "Show Us Your Results" forum. Enjoy SPE and hope to see some of your pictures.

No I mean that you only have 35% of the with of the screen active to view images and even when you click on a image it is still contained in less than 35% of the screen with and you still have to scroll down to the bottom of the page to see the other half and then scroll back up and most of the time as you scroll up it reverts back to the left.
A very bad example is (show us your results/a few more oil paintings/first image) it is not possible to see the right side of the image
When viewing a image the horizontal layout left to right is 40% white 15% gray (below aviator) 35% for the image 15%White. This in my opinion is a very pore use of a web page and is the same on Firefox Internet Explorer & Safari

Hi Robert-D

The problem I think you're having is getting to the forum through the "Discuss Photo Editor" link, which has a webpage that contains the forum and a bunch of other things, and as you say is poor web design. This has been removed in the next version which I hope to get out before Christmas, testing going well. In the meantime, any of the other links in the community menu take you to the forums in a much more sensible format.

Hope that helps!

Tony

Now every thing is as it should be as long as I don't use "Discus Photo Editor" Link

PS It would be a good Idea to up date the info on the PP Forum page for Smart Photo Editor
