How...?
Hi folks.
I have a problem here. I had to take my lap-top back to factory settings, thus, I lost everything on it, including Smart Photo Editor.
I reinstalled it, but can not seem to remember what code I was given to unlock the program, to make it useful again. I installed the free trial, too. But there is only an option to buy off there. Not to open it to existing customers.
Any advice, or help would be greatly appreciated

Hi Sigh,
You need the license manager: http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/licenses/, there you can find out your licence token and download links to the full version.

Santa gifted me a new laptop, so I've deleted Smart Photo Editor from my old laptop. I've re-used the code, and it wouldn't work. I emailed to request a code, but it was the same, and still didn't work.
Can you help me out please?

Not happy with this system at all. Whilst I enjoy using Smart Photo Editor, the means of getting back in is dreadful.
It looks like I might have to buy again. Which is money I could use elsewhere.
When logging into the Editor as a fresh download, it should ask if you are new, or have paid. Something I have thought several times due to old laptops being replaced. I've had no problem with said method with CS3, Lightroom 4 and Snapseed. This is a very intuitive editor which has a painful method of getting it back.
Please fix this problem quickly. I want to use the program whilst I'm off over Christmas.

There should be an easier way to get "Back in". But for now at least, I can get on with editing again.
