Fix Windows SPE to open when dropping a picture on icon

Hi,

Can Windows be fixed so SPE opens when dropping a picture on icon in Task Bar or on Desktop? Mac can do that. Dragging and dropping an image onto the SPE icon on desktop or on Task Bar should force the program to open and show the image as downloaded and ready to work.

I've never used this feature on a PC, but it sounds plausible. I'll look into it.

I just checked and it already does what you asked for in Windows 7. (When dragging a picture onto the shortcut on the taskbar, it follows the standard windows convention of 'pinning' the picture, as a shortcut to open it directly in the software).
