filters not being saved any more?

the demo was great, so great i had to buy this to save what i had edited on the demo.
all was good until today when i did same as before did a photo shoot loaded up photo from canon raw applied the same effects as before but when saved the pe version it has not applied effect, it the same as original.

what has happened?

Hi Lee,

Is it possible that you're not looking at the saved file? By default SPE adds an _pe to the filename when saving, and the original file is left unchanged. I take it you can see the effects applied on the screen?

yes he sp version - edited version gets saved next to the raw file in same folder so its easy to see wat is the untouched version and which is the sp output version,
yes i see effect in program just wont apply when saving.
the filters are tony hair and skin soft and tony virbrance are the ones i use
