Hey. I already have an account, as you can see, but when I try to login to http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/ to do some stuff, they say that my username is not registered. I'm confused and I hope that I'll get some help here. Thanks

Where are you trying to log in? The support system? Currently the support system is completely separate from photo editor's users, so you'll have to create a new account for support. We are going to try and integrate the two systems in the future.
