Hi there,

Love this editor - when it works consistently.

I have had to re-boot 7 times today because the photograph will not finishing "rendering" It gets about 1/2 of the way with the green progression bar and then just stops.

Sometimes I can go right along for about 1/2 hour and then bam - freezes or starts stalling.

I'm using Windows 7
64 bit

I am on my last photo of a family session I did last week and they are coming to pick them up today.

Help!

It seems to only happen when I apply the "high iso denoise/sharpen" effect ... which I seriously love for this photo shoot I did. Such a bummer. Makes the pics so look perfectly awesome. Can it be fixed?? Fingers crossed. Thanks!!

Hi high iso denoise/sharpen effect is a very complex effect. It might be that you just need to wait for a few minutes for it to complete. If it comes up with a box saying it's crashed, let me know, otherwise you might need to wait longer. Let me know if you've still got problems.

Hi Tony,

I have waited for it. Like 5 minutes. Then the "dialog" says it's "not responding" each time, so I have to task manager it to close out editor.

Of course it's one of the effects I love the most! haha

OK, this is Tammy again and again last night Smart Photo Editor started acting up again and shut down on me at least 5 times. I updated to the beta version you sent me. My question is - NOW WHAT?
