Su & light rays

Dear SPE Folk,
I would like, if poss, a preset / facility to enable me to add sun & light rays to an image. It would be nice to be able to select exactly where to place the sun within the image & also the ability to adjust the strength of the rays and the point at which the light falls.
For instance, like when one sees the sun breaking through the clouds, or through the trees in a forest.

I dont expect this to be an easy ask, so if not possible, thanks anyway.
