One Click Undo
Quite often I like to start with the canvas again. That means I want to discard all changes being newer than the canvas.
This way I could use Effects and Tools on the canvas - which seems like a natural way for me. Currently the last picture in the upper right corner is reloaded instead.
Below the "Reset" button there could be a button like "Make recent". After this the canvas would be added as last picture in the upper right corner.

Hi Lothar,
If I understand you correctly this is going to be a new feature in the next version which is currently in testing. When it is released there will be an option in the Advanced tab in the settings box which says "How to apply tools", which can be set to apply the tool you choose to what you are currently seeing rather than the last thing in the history.

Thank you Toni,
It seems natural to me, that all work is related to what I am seeing.
With the current setting as the default it is hard to work around, if you want to re-start with what you are currently seeing.

Hi Lothar,
Currently the quickest way would be to hover over all the subsequent effects and delete them using the "X" button that appears.
