Printing
When I print from this program and select a pre-listed size option (e.g. 6x4, etc) the preview of what will print is not correct.
It moves the picture down the page and cuts off half the picture. The only way to avoid this is by selecting customise size.
This only happens when printing from Smart Photo Editor.
Does anyone know how to fix this? As I have to print everything with a boarder on as this is the only way to get the customise size option.

Re: Printing
Hi CanDO Framing,
I'm currently taking a look into this issue for you, and I was hoping that you could provide some info to see what the cause of this might be. If possible can you please provide some screenshots of the screen where this is occurring. Also, if possible can you also tell us the model of your printer. I'll then attempt to see what is occurring and what is causing it.
Apologies for the inconvenience again, we'll do what we can to get to the source of this untoward issue.
Thanks.
Arjun

Hi
Please find attached my screen shots about printing issues. On Friday custom setting was working however yesterday (Monday) it no longer works and prints them smaller still.

Re: Printing
Hi Can-DO Framing,
Thank you for the additional information, I'm currently investigating the issue further to determine whether it's SPE, the printing software or a combination of both causing this.
However, in order to not impede your workflow whilst we test this, you may want to try the following for printing your work.
Edit your image as you normally do in Smart Photo Editor and then save the image. Then reopen the image with either Windows Photo Viewer or the free Irfanview
Then can you try selecting the same options you do in Smart Photo Editor and tell us if the same issue occurs when you print? We understand this isn't ideal, but would also like to make sure you have a way of continuing your work with minimal inconvenience.
Please let us know how that goes and we'll cater to the additional info in our investigation.
