saving project to print

I am new to this program and I am having fun with it so far, but when I go to save my image or project I save as a jpeg and then go to print it at the store not all the picture is allowed to be printed? Any suggestions on how this can be fixed or what I need to do different. Thank you!

Which store are you trying to print the picture at? Can you see the picture ok on your computer?

I am devolping my pictures at Goodlife Pharmacy in my home town. Yes I can see my picture but on their system it crops out the outer edges. If I do a border or any texting on edge of picture I only get half of it. Does that make since? They are not sure what deminsions I need to save as.

If you can see your picture ok on your computer but not when you load it into their system, it sounds like they are cropping your picture. The best thing to do would be to talk to them about it and ask them why they are cropping your picture. There's not much we can do if it saves out of SPE correctly.
