viewing the screen

can anyone tellme how to view the whole page on my screen as the site seems to be too large that I am missing the whole side panels

If you mean that the buttons down the right hand side are squashed, this is a bug for some types of screens. We are releasing a fix for that in a few hours that you will be able to download with the check for updates command in the Help menu.
