Woman, Avant-garde

When I took the photo I could visualize her sitting in front of water. Voila, SPE.
Avant-garde, Mirror Reflect, Area Treatment of the bottom image, using soft edge brush. Treatment area effects: Mist then blur.
When using any mirror image a sharp line is formed where the two images converge. To negate that and make the converged area look more natural, is to use the erase tool and adjust the brush size to more than cover the line. Then move the selected area up or down until the line is no longer evident. If you enlarge the brush size large enough and move it across the area in a gentle wave, this helps also.
There are other ways to accomplish this.

Lovely image - love the colours & composition. Nicely done. Agree about cloning out the join on reflected images.
