Another of Arwin's effects to finish off this image (I think it was 'Media Militia - Throw Away 1-20') - frame applied in Photoshop Elements 11 using Perfect Effects 4 (Free Version):

Throw aways are what got me into SPE, Throw aways have actually been a good thing to explore and play with. A wheel within a wheel.

Agreed Wess - I like the fact that you can revisit stuff in SPE - images you initially wanted to throw away!
