Three images processed in Smart Photo Editor then combined in Photoscape - cannot remember which effects I used, but they were all mine - you might be able to search for the effects under my user name 'andrewb2012' in the Effects Gallery. I think one was from my Metamorphosis series (the middle one).

Very Well Done! I like the style. Buildings lend themselves very well to this style.
