Blaze Away
Well, got carried away with this one. It seemed that every time I looked at the picture with yet another effect applied it got better (well I think it did). I really lost count of what I used here.

Further to this, it's funy how I find effects that I cannot imagine why ANYONE would want to use it. Why did the creator bother? And then I idly apply one to a certain type of picture and voila, it works. The broken glass here is a classic example.

Nice one Richard,
Fine combined effect processing - great are the possibilities with SPE. The swirl effect I think is one of mine - nice to see it used so artistically!
Cheers,
Andrew

Andrew, do you happen to know what the swirl effect is called? I have a lot of aircraft pictures and swirly things like this work a treat on prop aircraft and helicopters. I really must make a note when I use them. Petty SPE doesn't keep a log of what you do (or does it?).

Re: Blaze Away
Hi Richard,
I didn't know what the swirl effect was, but I looked through my effects and think the one that you used in your image was called 'Colored Swirls Overlay' - for some reason I've named three effects with the same name, probably because I copied & pasted some information when posting the effects. However, I think you might be able to find what you are looking for by typing 'Colored Swirls Overlay' in the Effects Gallery search box.
Good luck - hope you find it again.
If you are interested I could create more effects of this type - just let me know.
Cheers,
Andrew
