Original image, Skarisbrick Hall School.
First I blended a sky texture from Smoko Stock Devient Art, in P'shop (most likely Overlay) <a href="http://smoko-stock.deviantart.com/" rel="nofollow">smoko-stock.deviantart.com/</a>
Then filters used; some filters I used might not be listed because I tend to play with all the settings as I go along, and I loaded this list from a save session.
Clouds
Detail
Enhance greys
Skin and hair smooth
Vibrant Colours
Lighten shadows
Rain
Photometric low colour.

Hi Philiped,
Apologies if you already know this, but if you wanted to speed up your workflow, you could overlay pictures with blending modes using the composite tool. Just load in your second picture as an overlay.
Let me know if you'd like any more explanation.
