HALFTONE
This node makes use of two inputs: the first input is you original image; the second input is your texture or shape. The size and shape of the second input should be the size and shape you want your pattern to be, i.e. if you use a small circle you’ll have a halftone pattern with small circles.
You have two distinct modes: background mode and output mode. In the background mode you can choose from printer mode - if printing - or monitor mode, which you can use if you only want to post you images online for example. The output mode allows you to convert your halftone pattern to black and white.
Use the Anti-aliasing tolerance slider to smooth the final halftone result.
The Area option lets you make use of different selections you create.
