Dear Andrew,
A most interesting display of many varieties of several shots and several (actually many) effects. When combining the effects you have, there are probably literally hundreds of effects that could be used. This is a WOW oh WOW display of talent in your artwork. I will be back to comment more on your nice displays of never before imagined or seen images from your part of the world. Long ago it was part of my families stepping stones as my Scotch, English, Irish ancestors are from there.
Talk about a treat. These were very enjoyable! I can imagine many more productions using these effects.
Good night dear friend,
Phelon

Re: Easdale Island & Ellenabeich 001
Hi Phelon,
Thanks for all your kind comments on this set of images and for telling me a bit of your history and links to my part of the world. I've not travelled much outside of Scotland as I absolutely love the Scottish Highlands & Islands and spend most of my holidays there. There are beautiful places all over the world as is evident from all the wonderful images I see on Flickr and other photo sharing websites. Because of physical & medical constraints, I tend not to do long, long journeys as this would take away any benefit from a holiday - so I view the beauty of the rest of the world from my armchair. Hope you are on the mend yourself, my dear friend - it is nice to correspond through this forum and get to know a little about each other. I had to give up driving last year as I have peripheral neuropathy in my feet and have lost the feeling in my feet and toes, but my lovely wife Anne stills drives so there is no real problem. Retired people in Scotland have bus passes that allow them to travel for free within Scotland, so Anne and me often use this mode of transport to get around - in fact, this series of images was taken last week when we were on a small break to Oban, from where we travelled to Easdale by bus & small boat. Oban is on the west of Scotland and we live on the east - we only used the bus for this trip.
Anyway, lovely to hear from you - take care and keep using your many creative skills and show us your results,
Kind regards,
Andrew
