Hi.....Almost everyday I get new uploads for SPE........at last count there ware almost 500 different overlays to work with............I have been through the almost 500 front to back.......I can not see the others are using when I look at their photos
what am I missing? Any assistance will help me.....Thanx....Bil

Do you mean, you can't see the latest effects that are uploaded among all other effects?

There are presently 431 pages. Way more than 500 individual ones. (I'm assuming you mean gallery effects?). What do you mean, "others are using when I look at their photos"? Like what, for example?

Spotlight /Chrome effects 2 name a couple........

Go to latest (on the left side) As far as spotlight, it's called "stage light (color)" etc etc. You can also just type "stage"
For Chrome effects, just type Chrome

Hi Bil,

To actually see the 'latest' category, you need to check the 'Show latest' checkbox in File > Settings > Tab general (or check 'Advanced Gallery' in this same tab) otherwise you can't see the latest effects as category.

And as DBenterprises already said, search for Ab silhouette figures, Windows and grids, Tree silhouettes series one, Stage light, Stage light spot, Stage light spot shape and Stage smoke will also work.
