linking to existing account

error message for two days when i try to link account to set up on new computer
i know my username but unsure of password, how can i create a new one?
also receiving same error code while trying guest and new account setup

You can always create a new account, there's no limit to the number of accounts you can create.
What error do you get when trying to make a new account?
