Hi there,
What sort of Raw file are you trying to load? What file extension does it have?
Many thanks,
])arren.

From Panasonic GX1: RW2. Of course I can load them, but I can't see them "before" loading! In few words: I can't see what I load from the"Select File to Open" Windows panel

Re: Raw files. How to see them loading?
Do you mean you can't see them in your browser. What browser are you using?
Re: Raw files. How to see them loading?
I think "browser" is the window where we choose file from. When I want to open a file in SmartPhotoEditor I use what is there to open files, that's the "select file to open" windows panel. But It's impossible to "see" Raw files there. This means that I have to open a file viewer, write the number, or name, of the file, go back to SmartPhotoEditor, open the panel, look for that number/name file and open It!! I was asking if there is a more simple way to do It from the program. Thank you so much for your help.

Use Faststone as your default viewer. It doesn't have any problems opening RAW files. If set as your default viewer, it will be what opens when you click "open" or "Load Image". If you are using the Windows viewer, you may not have the latest codecs that open RAW files. You can get FastStone here: http://faststone.org/ It's what I have been using for years.
What Operating System (OS) are you using (Windows 7, 8 etc)? Latest Codecs for Windows viewer are here: https://www.bing.com/search?q=Windows+v ... ae2a480055

Your answer is perfect. I use that viewer, but where can I set it as the default viewer in SmartPhoto? Not in "Settings": I don't find anything about that, there. Sorry to ask so much! I use XP Pro. Thankyou

You don't set it in SPE.
The easiest way (now this is in W7, don't remember if it's the same for XP) When you open your pictures file in Windows, rt click on a file (RAW image), click properties, and opens with (change it to faststone.)

Oh yes I forgot that part. Also, in Faststone> settings >associations> you can check any of the file types you want Faststone to associate with.
