How do you remove shadows from pictures on a white background?

To remove shadows on a white background, just use the erase tool, select the shadow and replace it with the white background around the shadow.

Hi reflections,
Another way of removing shadows is using the Area Treatment tool, although it requires a very accurate selection. Use the Exposure slider to brighten the shadow. You might need to use the temperature and tint sliders to adjust it's colour too (generally shadows are a bit blue, so you might need to increase the temperature to redden it a bit).
