particularly "Neon." There are going to be many users coming over here now that Picnik is shutting down April 19th

I've added a Neon effect to get started with! If you Update Galleries (from the file menu), you will be able to search for Neon in the gallery tab (the search box is in the top right of the gallery).

I love picnic I hate to see that Google is closing it down..... It is my favorite editing site. :( :( :(
