Miniture effect

When I first brought the smart photo editor it showed the frame tilt feature, as well as a feature that make people look like in a comic. I have had no luck in finding these can any one assist me with this. thanks

Are you referring to the tilt-shift miniature effect? If yes, try the Simple Depth of Field effect by Tony.

Any Comic-like effects should be able to be found by going to the Effects Gallery and selecting Comic in the Style section on the left.
