Hi chaps just a quick question if anyone can help .

I purchased SPE 3 months ago and since my laptop has died !! Is it possible to download onto a new laptop without paying again using you username details etc ??

Hi Ed,

Yes, it should be possible for you to install SPE on a new laptop.

If you don't have a backup copy of the software, you can go to the License Manager page http://www.smartphotoeditor.com/licenses/. By entering either your registered email address or your activation token, you will receive an email containing a link to all the information about your registered program, including a link to download the program. If your activation token won't work this time (saying it has already been used), open a support ticket from the support menu on http://www.smartphotoeditor.com and explain the situation.
