what is the procedure to install SPE and Port pro from my computer to a new computer

You can use the license manager. If you've run out of activations then you'll need to contact support.

also have the same problem... and where do I find .. i just bought the product a couple of months ago, but as computer crashed lost all my emails with serial key etc. also tried support with ticket line, no answer yet...

Hi Aquarius11,

Just go to the license manager and follow the instructions and you'll be able to download the software again. I've checked and you will be ok to activate it.
