Both programs keep asking for tokens as of today

As of today Smart Photo and Portrait Pro are asking for tokens, after entering them in and restarting PC both programs are asking for them again, now it says they have been used. Both programs were working fine yesterday, i went on over to the portrait facebook page and it seemed another user is having the same problem as of today. I have submitted a support ticket...
Anyone else having this problem?

I just tried both programs, and neither is asking for a token, so it is not a problem that affects all users. I hope your problem is solved soon!

Not here either. Everything works as normal. (Both programs)

For both programs to be asking for a token, something must have removed the registry entry (or mac equivalent) that stores your token. Did you run something that might have done that? Entering your token again should fix the problem. You can get your token if you've forgotten it by using our license managers:

I do use TuneUp utilities from time to time to sort reg, but had not used it on that day, i cant enter my token because now its says its in USE for both programs... lol
If you check your Facebook i think for Portrait pro you will notice another user has same problem on the same day which is strange...
