Saving files
I would like to know how to save without overwriting. Save or save as, seems to overwrite previously saved pictures. I don't get it......
Re: Saving files
Add a number or letter or something to the file name so it is not the same file name. Some programs do this automatically-not sure why SPE doesn't?
Re: Saving files
SPE does. If you load a file, hit save as jpg/tiff/png it will automatically append _pe to the original file name.

But if you do another of that file, it uses the same name. Some programs give you eg. -pe1, -pe2 etc.

Re: Saving files
Thanks so much for the help. I would have sworn I was changing the names by adding #s but now having tried again I can't find the problem. So SPE it does work as expected.
This is certainly a lot of fun.
