Request for a refund

How do I request for a refund? I sent request to support but got ignored. I would like you to honor the 30-day money back guarantee.

Hi Vett93,

I'll double check with our support staff, they do try and reply within two working days. In the meantime could you check your spam folder. It's common for our support messages to be lost in there.

Yes, the ticket ID is 189895. I was told that the Smart Photo Editor Studio version cannot work as a plugin with Lightroom. Your engineers have been informed for this issue, according to your email. So I would like to get my money back.

I put this refund request in the ticket log but nobody got back to me. Please look into the ticket log and refund me. Thank you.

Can you please complete the full refund of $49.95 ASAP? Your software does not work. Your support is poor. I want my money back. Please do not drag your feet.

For your setup, yes. But it does not work in my setup. I have spent closed to 1 month to get support from them. I am not able to save the edits back to my LR in my Mac OS X. I showed them my screen shots and have exchanged 10+ emails with the support. Then they changed the support person on me. The new person did not read the support history and asked me the same questions all over again. So I repeated the same responses again. After many email exchanges, the 2nd support person told me that she was sending my issues to the developers. Then she disappeared too.

I still cannot save SPE edits on my LR. Their support persons just disappeared on me. I want my money back. They gave me a partial refund. This is the worst software experience I have had.
