Hi Naderlee,

Your picture has possibilities. I tried out using "motion blur" and found that the best method is to make a blurred copy of your photo, then overlay the original. You can then use the selection tools to allow the blurred areas to show through.

You might like to crop the photo to place the subjects on the "rule of thirds" points. The jumper should show blur but the holder should not.

I've attached an example (photo from the internet).
