It would be nice to have a liquify tool where we could stretch noses chins etc as in other photo programs in gimp its called iwarp you can find it if you go to filters and then scroll down to iwarp, but could it be put into smart photo editor because thats the program i use the most,

Photo editor concentrates mainly on changes that can be transferred from one image to another and shared with other users. Moving pixels around isn't something that falls into that category, so we haven't invested the time in implementing it. Similarly paintbrushes and drawing tools.
