system crashes
Whenever I use "select area" and especially when I choose "object details" my system crashes. This has happened only since the new update:)

Ever since I updated July 31, 2015, it doesnt work properly most of the time. i can't save, it crashes.

Having the same problems, keeps crashing in adjustment. Not impressed as purchased it today and so far not so good. Fingers crossed a fix it released shortly

Sorry to hear it isn't working for all of you. Any information you can give us for how to make it crash will enable us to fix the software much quicker. Ideally if you could tell us a set of steps you do before it crashes. Even if you could just let us know what feature you were using when it crashes would be helpful. I've tried reproducing the crash in 'object details', but so far have been unable to.

Hi Tony,
Currently suffering crashing issues either when i'm part way through marking up an Area Treatment or when i'm browsing the gallery after i've treated the area.

I just downloaded the trial and it crashed when I tried to select a photo - the first thing I clicked in the program. Using the Windows 64-bit version.

After some use it started crashing. Just bought iy today.

Does installing the 32 bit version solve the problem?
If not, contact support and ask for the previous version (1.20.6).

I kept working without changing anything and is stable and did not crashed anymore. I will keep working and see what happens. Thanks.version 64bits

Can you try this version to see if the crashing problems are fixed:
If you are using Windows, and are getting crashing problems, can you try one of these versions:
Standard edition:
